Botanical Photography Workshop | Brisbane 

 

As part of the 2015 Brisbane South East Asia Festival that was funded and supported by the Brisbane City Council, Man was invited to facilitate two four hour botanical photography workshops at the Bracken Ridge Town Hall. In the first workshop participants learnt practical skills and techniques to better photograph flowers. The flower images captured by the participants was then printed onto photographic grade adhesive vinyl, which was then used to produce floral mandala artworks in the second workshop. Each workshops began with a brief discussion on the cycle of existence and the important role plants play in creating a livable planet for life on earth.
