Gifts Of A Blue Pearl | Vol.1 & 2 BrisAsia Festival - Sir Thomas Brisbane Planetarium
Following on from Gifts Of A Blue Pearl Vol.1, which screened at the 29th ISEA International Symposium (International Symposium on Electronic Art), Man&Wah were invited by the BrisAsia Festival to collaborate once again with the planetarium. This led to the creation of Gifts Of A Blue Pearl Vol.2, presented across three screenings, each drawing near-capacity audiences.
At the end of each session, Man&Wah engaged with the audience in an open Q&A, guided by a curated sequence of 95 visual slides spanning over a decade of their work. The discussion explored themes of imagination, creativity, travel, storytelling, and both past and ongoing projects.

Fractals, mandalas, and kaleidoscopic forms blend together through the amalgamation of Man&Wah’s signature botanical-cosmic aesthetic.
